Raw banana -5 (boiled)
Vesan-2 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1/2 tbsp.
Oil – 1 cup
cumin – 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tbsp
Salt-wise
Garam masala – 1 tbsp. Bay leaves –
2 Onions – 2 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Method First, put bananas, vesna, salt, a little red chilli powder in a bowl. Then shape it into coffees and place them in a separate bowl.
Now heat oil in a pan on gas. Fry all the coffees until they are light brown. Now put oil in a pan, add cumin, onion, ginger-garlic paste and bay leaves and fry for a while.
After the spices are cooked, add salt, turmeric and pepper powder and cook. After cooking the spices for 6-7 minutes, add the meatballs and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn off the gas after cooking.
