Ingredients
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar 10
tablespoons red pepper
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons green onion powder
½ small finely chopped red onion
4 (5-oz) 1 inch thick piece of fish cut from the center (salmon Fish recommended)
Salt and pepper to taste to bring
vegetable oil to BBQ
Method
1. Heat the BBQ to 350 ° C first
2. Mix the hot sauce, brown sugar and red chilli powder in a small bowl. Take a tablespoon of it and put it in a large bowl and mix it with mayonnaise and put it on the side.
3. Apply the BBQ rack with a light oil brush. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the fish. Place the fish on the grill and flip over after 2 or 3 minutes when there are grill marks on the fish. Brush the sauce mixture on top of the fish. Apply the sauce to the fish with a brush until the fish is cooked through, about 13 to 15 minutes
. Mix red onion and green onion in the sauce placed on the side and make a salad with the vegetables of your choice. (Radish can also be added)
5. Place the fish on a plate and serve garnished with some green onions
