Step 1:

Now heat the ghee in another pan. Add the garlic and ginger. Now add the cumin and onion slices. Fry the onion slices until they turn color.
Step 4:
Now gently blend the greens. Now add the mixed paste in the papaya mixture. This will make the ingredients cook better. Add salt and cornstarch and mix well.
Step 5:
Now let this mixture boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Once the mixture is near, add a little ghee and mix it well.
Step 6:
Garnish the recipe with butter. The sarso ka saag is very tasty. This is a good combination of rotis and you will really enjoy it.
