250 grams of maida
For The Main Dish
3 teaspoon ghee
1/2 cup sugar
Water according to need
Step 1: Take a bowl, add water and sugar and mix well. Mix until sugar is completely dissolved in water.
Step 2: Add ghee to this mixture and mix again for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add the ground and knead it. Once the dough has softened, set aside for 1 to one and a half hours.
Step 3: After some time, put the dough on a rolling plate and make the dough into small pieces. Apply oil to the rolling pin and flatten the dough.
Step 4: Cut this flat bread into your desired shape and fry it in the pan until golden brown. Serve this crunchy meth paste with tea and evening snacks.
