Make Smoky Dal Kebab Test With New Flavor

Today we will make smoked dal kebabs. On hearing this name, water comes to my mouth when we make dal with kebabs and then give it a smokey flavor. So the taste of lentils is so strong that I cannot tell you. This fun smoked dal kebab is made once.

    • Onion = Chop one fine
    • Tomato = finely chopped
    • Coriander leaves = three tablespoons

  • Minced chicken = 1 pound
  • Red chili powder = half a teaspoon
  • Chilli flakes = half a teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder = half a teaspoon
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Roasted Cumin Powder = One Tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste = one tablespoon
  • Onion = Chop one fine
  • Green chili = 2 finely chopped
  • Green coriander = two tablespoons
  • Lemon juice = one tablespoon
  • Bread Crumbus = one cup
  • Tomato = finely chopped

Method – How To Make Dhuwan Dar Daal Kabab

To make smoked dal kebabs, first wash the lentils thoroughly and put them in a pan. Now put three to four glasses of water in it, then add onion, tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin, salt and chicken cube to the pulses and mix while stirring. Slow down the gas to a boil and let the dal cover and cook on a low flame for 25 to 30 minutes so we make kebabs.

For making kebabs, in a bowl add minced chicken, red chili powder, chilli flakes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, onion, tomato, green chilli, green coriander, lemon juice and Add bread crumbs and mix all the things together.

Mix the cream well and keep it covered for 10 minutes. To make kebabs after ten minutes, grease it with oil on a stick, then make a kebab with a little mixture from the cream and apply it on the stick. Likewise prepare all the kebabs.

To fry the kebabs, heat a little oil in a non stick wok. When the oil is hot, put the kebabs in it. On a low flame, fry the kebabs from all sides and fry them. Keep the gas flame low so that the kebabs are cooked well to the inside and fry all the kebabs in the same way.

It has been 30 minutes to cook the lentils. Our lentils are cooked well. Now add green chilli and green coriander and mix it while stirring.

Take out the pulses in a large bowl and place the coal on the gas to heat it.

Put the kebabs on top of the lentils to give a smooth flavor to the lentils, put a bowl of foil paper in the center of the lentils and put the coals on top of it and add a teaspoon of ghee and cover the lentils for five minutes. Prepare so much Tadka.

Ingredients For Chopping
Desi Ghee = Three Tablespoons
Onion = Chop one fine
Garlic paste = one tsp
Tomato = finely chopped
Green chili = 4 to 5 proved
For tempering, heat three tablespoons ghee in a pan. When the ghee is hot, add onion and fry it lightly, after the onion color changes, add garlic paste and stir fry a few seconds. So that the rawness of garlic ends.

Then add tomatoes and stir fry till the tomatoes become soft. When the tomatoes are soft, add green chilies and fry them for a few seconds. Our tempering is ready, pour the tempering on top of the lentils.

Garnish the lentils by adding green coriander and cream. Very fun our dalwadi dal kebab is ready, everyone will like it so much that all the handi will be chopped off immediately.
